All chicken recipes fall within the food list and protocol guidelines for this diet. However these recipes still need to be properly portioned to their phases. Phase 2 (100 grams weighed raw) Phase 3 (1 chicken breast) When cooking chicken be aware that most recipes are going to call for some kind of oil to wet the pan. When in phase 2 use your best judgment on how to prepare these meals in order to suit the situation. In my experience a little oil to wet the pan doesn’t hurt anything but if you prefer not to take any chances you always have the option of broiling or using a George Forman grill.

Tips for making chicken for the HCG Diet

Buying packs of boneless skinless chicken breast are always a good idea for phase 3 these are always the perfectly proportioned to simply cook and eat.

Weighing and zip locking chicken before freezing is a very simple and convenient way to cut your cooking time down.

Never buy processed chicken patties from the frozen section this isn’t fresh chicken and is loaded with calories and preservatives!
