Fish is a very versatile food when it comes to recipes. When you find a recipe you like don’t hesitate to change it up with whatever fish you like! In most cases what tastes great on one fish will also taste great on another just remember Tuna and Catfish are very fatty fish and should be avoided
in phase 2!

Tips for making fish for the HCG Diet

Natural seasonings are always the better choice for fish, gravies and sauces will only add calories and ruin progress.

Tuna and Catfish are bad! Phase 2 dieters just say no!

Don’t forget about shrimp, clams and those tasty crabs they are very friendly in all phases of this diet and taste great with a little lemon and salt!

Imitation crab is an inexpensive way to get a fresh tasting dish that needs little prep time. Measuring for this item is still (100 grams raw)
