Steak Fajitas
100 grams sliced beef or
chicken cut into strips
Tomatoes
Sliced onion
1 clove garlic chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
(optional)
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon chili powder or
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Marinate meat in juice and spices.
Grill or cook meat in a frying pan with garlic and onion.
Add the chopped tomatoes for last 5 minutes of cooking
Serve with lettuce leaf and salsa.

Sweet and Sour Chicken
100 grams chicken breast
1 orange, or lemon with rind
1 cup water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon and/or
orange zest
Splash of garlic powder
Splash of onion powder
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper

Boil orange and lemons with the rind in water until pulp is fully exposed then remove rinds from the
water and take out the remaining pulp and juices using a spoon.
Mix in spices, onion, and stevia to taste.
Mix in your chicken and cook until juices are reduced by half and you receive you desired consistency.
Mix onion and garlic powders to thicken sauce.
