Baked Italian Meatballs

• 100 grams lean ground beef
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1/8 teaspoon oregano
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/8 teaspoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
• 1 serving Melba toast crumbs
• 1 recipe marinara sauce

Directions:

Mix thoroughly meat, crumbs and spices.
Create balls.
Put into baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 360 degrees. Serve over hot cabbage noodles.
May combine with basil.

Makes 1 serving

Phase 3:
Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until golden brown.
May use parmesan if desired.
