BBQ Sauce

  • 3 oz. tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • smoke hickory liquid flavoring to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • stevia to taste
  • 1 tablespoon crushed onion
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water as needed

Directions:

Using a small saucepan, mix together all ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 7 minutes.
Add small amounts of water to achieve desired consistency and to help from burn.
Use this BBQ sauce for a tasty addition to meat dishes.


Makes 1-2 servings
