• Finely chopped cabbage
• 1 cup apple cider vinegar
• 3 tablespoons broth (beef, vegetable, or chicken)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon minced red onion
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• Pinch of celery seeds
• Salt and black pepper
Chop cabbage into think slices.
In a small bowl mix the liquid ingredients, horseradish and spices.
Toss dressing mixture with cabbage.
Marinate for at least one hour.
Makes 1-2 servings
Phase 3: Add 1 cup mayonnaise to substitute for lemon juice and vinegar.
