- 3.5oz. crab meat
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoonlow-fat milk (optional)
- 1.5 cups vegetable broth
- 1 bay leaf
- cayenne pepper to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix tomatoes and broth in a blender. Using a saucepan, heat mixture.
Add the crab and spices then simmer for 25 minutes stirring frequently.
Makes 1 serving
