- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
Mix lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and pepper into bowl.
Coat chicken breasts with mustard mixture on both sides.
Grill or broil repeatedly coating each side occasionally with mustard mixture.
Cook chicken for about 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
(Phase 2 or 3 portion accordingly)
