Classic Hamburgers

  • 3.5oz. ground hamburger (lean)
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Directions:

Combine ingredients, mix well and form into 2 to 3 patties.
For best results grill on the BBQ or use small frying pan.
Use small amounts of water if using frying pan to prevent burn.
Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes each side or longer for well done.


Makes 1 serving

Phase 3 modifications: Top hamburgers with swiss cheese and sautéed mushrooms.
