Oriental Chicken Salad

  • 3.5oz. chicken breast
  • cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • dash of fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • stevia to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Using pan brown chicken, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Bragg’s, garlic, and onion.
Steam sliced cabbage then drain excess liquid.
Combine with chicken, ginger, salt and pepper. Let chill.
Add additional Braggs and serve.

Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 vegetable)
Phase 3 modifications: Drizzle with sesame oil. Add additional vegetables such as bell pepper sesame seeds.
