Pepper Steak

• 100 grams lean steak
• Fresh ground black pepper
• Dash of Worcestershire sauce
• Salt to taste


Tenderize meat to make flat.
Rub salt and black pepper on meat.
Grill or cook on high 4-6 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and onions (optional).
Can steak into strips and put over a salad if desired.

Phase 3:
Top using blue cheese, onions, or sauteed mushrooms.
Or, cut into strips then top with onions and cheese, to create a
cheese & steak salad.

Makes 1 serving
