Spiced Chicken Strips

  • 3.5oz. of chicken breast
  • crushed Melba toast
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons hot sauce (depending on spice desired)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Cut chicken into strips. Marinate chicken strips in lemon juice and salt for 15 to 20 minutes.
Coat chicken strips with crushed Melba toast crumbs.
Cook in frying pan until desired doneness, make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Mix with hot sauce and black pepper to taste.
May garnish with parsley if desired.

Makes 1 serving
