Spiced Shrimp Skillet

  • 1 lb lg shrimp (Cleaned)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp minced cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp stevia

Directions:

Over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet.
Add garlic to pan and cook about 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, salt and chile powder to pan then cook 2.5 minutes.
Stir in lime juice and sugar and cook another 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining 1 tablespoon butter and cilantro.
Make sure shrimp are cooked entirely.
