Spiced Red Snapper

  • 3.5oz. red snapper fish
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika
  • 2.5 teaspoons thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions:

Mix spices. Preheat a skillet to high heat.
Add in fish dry and cook quickly with spices until spices are blackened and fish is completely
cooked. Best if served hot. Add lemon and fresh parsley.

Makes 1 serving (1 protein)
